Novelty 2018.
Our thoughtful little gardener pauses from his work, carefully inspecting the ripe apple held in his hands. This charming figurine captures the spirit of simpler times, when children worked diligently in the house and fields, learning responsibility early. Sent perhaps by his mother to collect the harvest, the little boy ponders the fruit's destiny—will it become jam, compote, or be stored in the cellar to provide valuable vitamins during the scarcity of winter?
This beautiful motif has been kept under lock and key in the Hummel archives and is only now being introduced as a figurine for the very first time. A meaningful symbol of heritage, responsibility, and the sweet rewards of the harvest, this is a must-have piece for any serious collector. Order this debut figurine today!

I have been looking at this figurine for a while. Reminds me of St. Fiacre patron of gardeners. Lovely and serene to look at.
