A toast to tradition! Things are getting a little more festive at the Hummel Manufaktur. With a basket full of crisp radishes in her arms and a hearty beer mug in her hand, the young lady in Bavarian Cheer (HUM 2373) is ready for a celebration in the village square—or perhaps even a trip to Oktoberfest!
Dressed in an authentic, finely detailed dirndl and wearing a carefully woven flower wreath upon her head, this original M.I. Hummel figurine is the quintessential "Bavarian Girl." Every detail, from the froth on the mug to the texture of the radishes, captures the warmth and hospitality of German folk traditions. Whether she is serving as a "Mealtime" companion or the star of your autumn harvest display, she brings a spirit of joy to any home.
Build an authentic village scene by pairing Bavarian Cheer with these traditional companions:
-
Bavarian Toast (HUM 2344): The designated companion boy to Bavarian Cheer. Together, they raise a glass to friendship and heritage.
-
Pretzel Girl (HUM 2004): No Bavarian meal is complete without a fresh pretzel to accompany the radishes!
-
Making Music (HUM 724): Provide the accordion music for the village feast.

Bavarian Cheer - 5"

I bought the Bavarian Cheer Hummel recently along with its Bavarian Toast companion piece. Both figurines are beautifully made and will serve as perfect reminders of happy times spent each summer at our local German-American festival. Dealing with M.I. Hummel Gifts was a pleasant experience. Shipping was amazingly quick, and the figurines were exceptionally well-packed. I am 100% satisfied with my purchases!

I bought her to go with my Bavarian Toast after my trip to Germany.I particularly like her braids that are put into a bun and the flowers in her hair. I like the Bavarian shield on the stein. I guess those are turnips in the basket - I have never seen turnips and these are too large to be radishes!
