We joyfully continue the cherished tradition of the Annual Angel for 2025. This year’s angel, a gentle ambassador of peace, holds an olive branch—a timeless symbol of hope, security, and the promise of a better world, both now and in the years to come.

The Monastery of Sießen preserves the legacy of Sister Maria Innocentia, this angel was chosen with care and meaning. She wears a rustic red robe, her serene face radiates kindness, and the olive branch rests firmly in her hands. Her wings remain outstretched, as if she has just descended to Earth to proclaim peace. Standing at 4.75 inches tall, she embodies the spirit of divine guardianship.

Angels held a special place in Maria Innocentia’s artwork. In many of her pieces, they appear as protectors and companions of children, or as standalone figures of grace. When depicted alongside children, the angels are often larger—emphasizing their role as guardians and symbols of divine care
