Ring around the Rosie (Hum 348)

For many years the cute Hummel girls
have been dancing their way into the
hearts of collectors. Their carefree
ring-around-the-Rosie on a summer
meadow, masterfully captured by
sculptor Gerhard Skrobek in 1957,
expresses pure joie de vivre.
After a long time, the Hummel Manufaktur
has reissued this elaborately
designed gem. The girls’ group was
first launched in the USA on the
occasion of the 25th anniversary of
the creation of the Hummel figurines
in 1960.
