The pair did not come in proper boxes with proper identification on end. Boxes are important!

The process for renewal was very easy and quick. The figurines for Club Year 45 - Emma and Thomas were excellent and will be great additions to my overall collection. I am very excited about this year and look forward to the magazines too.
However, my membership card was blank and had no information on it. Is this standard?

received Thomas and Emma !! love ALL my Hum babes !! both Thomas and Emma -- 24412442 -- came in boxes marked club year 2018/2019 for #2396--Housecleaning: Boy with broom.
first time Hums didn't have their own personal box.

I received Thomas & Emma but not in their correct boxes (which I save). I called the Club and was told they would send me the correct boxes which to date I have not received. I also sent an email on November 15, 2021 and never received a response. This is unacceptable service for a loyal 45 year club member or anyone.

The figurines are really cute, but I doubt that Sr. Hummel ever sketched children playing badminton (hence the 4 stars). Very happy with purchase.

I received the figurines, however, not the card that indicates membership in CY45.
