Masterpiece Collection.
The face of M.I. Hummel is back on a grand scale! The Merry Wanderer (HUM 7/III) is arguably the most iconic figurine in history, making it an absolute must-have for new and seasoned collectors alike. Part of the prestigious Masterpiece Collection, this young traveler is the ultimate symbol of optimism, setting out on a new adventure with a spring in his step, his signature red umbrella tucked under his arm, and his trusty carpetbag in hand.
First modeled by master sculptor Arthur Moeller in 1935, the Merry Wanderer has been produced in more sizes and variations than any other Hummel figurine, but none capture his spirit quite like the Masterpiece series. Hand-painted in Rödental, Germany, with the warmth and precision that define world-class porcelain, this figurine stands as a guardian of tradition and a reminder to embrace life’s journey with joy.
