Hear Ye! Hear Ye! was modeled by Master Sculptor Arthur Moeller in 1935 and presented to the world that year at the Leipzig Fair, one of the original 46 M.I. Hummel figurines. Until around 1950 it was known by the name Night Watchman. This is among the most beloved M.I. Hummelfigurines of all time.
