This is one of the nicest recent figurines. It's a Skrobek design, done from an original drawing. Its green eyes were the deciding factor in my purchase. I looked at HUM 400, but this one's expression was so captivating. The boy is pensive, almost undecided--such a human emotion, so beautifully captured.

I love the green eyes and he has a timid look. I am especially attracted to any piece linked to an original piece of Sister Hummel's artwork. The size is nice also and the craftmanship is still the same.
