Our 5 year grandson has learned to ski this season. This will be a constant reminder of his early training days. A great conversation starter. We did the same with the young boy and girl soccer players. I adore your themes.

Modeled by Master Sculptor Reinhold Unger in 1936, Skier is a mixed media figurine. Older models had wooden poles, then metal was used, and the latest versions have returned to wood. It’s a special tribute to a favorite winter sport.
