To commemorate the 40th year of the M.I. Hummel Club, A Basket of Gifts has been redesigned with a large bottle bearing a heart-shaped tag. A Basket of Gifts is reserved for Club members who have reached their 40th anniversary milestone. This was first released in 2002.

The M.I. Hummel Club has traditionally offered an exclusive anniversary figurine every five years, available only to long-time members:
