It's not that easy to keep your balance on the ice. Our little, warmly wrapped up bumblebee girl is just learning that. She has put on her skates and is now standing on the ice for the first time. "Will you help me?" she calls and waits patiently until someone helps her onto the blades.
Her braided pigtails are still sticking out from under her hat, her cheeks are rosy from the cold air - "Skating Lesson" shows winter fun at its best. To prevent her fingers from freezing, the girl has put on thick blue gloves and the matching scarf warms her neck - a must in the cold winter time.
The partner figurine is "Skate in Pride" (HUM 2058/B) - the little bumblebee girl's friend can no longer stand on his feet either. He is sitting on his four letters on the ice. But soon both of them will get back on the ice and zoom off - just like you do in winter.
Whether ice skating, building a snowman or sledding - the Hummel children love winter. Over the years, many motifs have been added that show the most beautiful sides of this season. Let yourself be enchanted by our winter figures.
