Forget Me Not was made in sample form by master sculptor Theo R. Menzenbach in 1959 and originally titled Thoughtful. Formerly a PFE, it now commemorates the 30th year anniversary of the M.I. Hummel Club. You must be a member of the M.I. Hummel Club for 30 years to be eligible to purchase this figurine.
